My husband recently went through medical check and found the below details. Haemoglobin 17.6 PCV 52 RBC 6.12 These three values are higher than the reference value. Does that mean any problem? If yes please tell what it is? Do we have to take any treatment? If please suggest if we have any natural way of treating.

Iam suffering from white coat hypertension iam using bp tab olmezest h20. iam taking bp readings at home by automated bp monitor. During first reading iam very nervous and anxiety it shows 145/79, after two minutes iam very free the second shows as 120/75, and third shows as 115/70,remaining 4,5, 6 all readings are very normal like 2 and third . My doubt is which reading should be considered? High or low readings i mean first or next readings? Pls suggest. Regards.

Hello Doctor, While doing the household activities like washing clothes, making the bed, etc. my mother (aged 58, height 5"2, weight 60kg, BP- 125/85, Sugar patient with 220 mgs Fasting) is facing Shortness of breath. While doing any normal household activities, she is facing this issue. While walking for around 500 meters or so, she faces this issue and can continue walking but at a very slow pace. Nearly 6 months ago even, she could walk fast without any issues for kilometers. Recently she is facing this problem. Kindly guide.

Recently my mother (aged 48) started feeling little continuous pain in chest, she had a viral fever and she had some cough also so we thought it was related to viral, but the pain didn't go so we consulted a doctor at govt hospital in our area and he suggested us to take the ECG test. Then he recommended us to some private hospital and they said "Not to worry" I am confused as the govt doctor said it is very serious issue but the other doctor said it is ok. Hello Doctors , I am placed in usa. From past 8 months I am facing continuous lightheadedness , feels like I am under influence of something like alcohol. I had chest pain and blood pressure went upto 150/100. Emergency Room doctors said it was panic attach. It happened twice with me. Now in last 8 months I have done 1. Holter Monitor 48 hours 2. ecg and ekg 3. Chest CT SCAN 4. Heart CT scan 5. Heart Calcium Score which is zero 6. Barium x ray test for stomach ulcer 7. Brain MRI 8. Lipid profiles , blood work 4-5 times 9. H Pylori - this was positive and had 14 days antibiotic test. Had breath test again to make sure it's eradicated. Every report comes as normal. As per doctor i am completely fine. They even dont see any anaemia or thyroid issues but everyday and night I face these issues. My age is 30 , height 6 feet and weight is 90 kg. Blood pressure most of the time is around 135/90. Had ECG during the time i was facing pain. Please help me to find a way.

Which arm should be used for blood pressure measurement?.I am right handed I always get 8-12 points higher blood pressure in my right hand..ecg echo before two weeks normal..like 90-130 in left hand(digital machine) 96-142 in right hand with same machine..why is such that?
