SIr i have been diagnosed with mild LVH during an echo test.My blood pressure readings varies between 155-160/96-90.Now am having medication olmezest 20mg since last one month and the present readings were 135/85.should i be concerned about the mild LVH condition in my echo report?.Is my present blood pressure readings a normal value?Can mild LVH be reversed?

Tmt test preparation
I am taking BP and sugar medicine. Met xl 50 BD, telma amh OD, telma AM OD evening, tab INVOKANA OD, TAB Trajenta duo 2.5mg +1000 mg ( Lingagliptin + Metformin) BD, and Tab Reclide XR 60 mg OD. Please advise if any medicine is to be discontinued before test and for how long?

X-ray Diagnosis
My mother was suffering from constant coughing. So doctor suggested x ray of chest and below is the conclusion.
Patchy ill defined soft tissue opacities are seen in both lower zone. Blunting of left C.P angle noted. Borderline cardiomegaly(Heart size is minimally enlarged) with unfolding of aorta is seen. Follow up after the course of antibiotics is worthwhile.
Kindly share your opinion on this diagnosis.
