I have total cholesterol 162 mg/dL. Can i have artery blockage. I feel pressure in brain, shooting pain in arms and legs and sometimes pain in chest. Pain suddenly starts and ends in a minute in leg arms and brain and muscle tremors.

Dear Cardiologist, I am having chest pain for the past 6 days. I am unmarried40 years old man, 116kg in weight 5 feet 7 inch in height. I am taking medicine Tazloc H 40mg and Stamlo 10mg for High BP, Cetrizen for Urticaria, Montek AB, Formoflo 250mg inhaler with Asthalin rotocap 200mg for Asthma, and Ulgel syrup for ulcer. I did my ECG 3 days ago it is normal. My Master Health check up done in September 2018 at Aarthi Scan is normal. I met Neurologist because I have pain in left side of my head and numbness over my left cheek. Neurologist already did MRI 6 years ago, it was normal, so he has prescribed Topaz 25mg for migraine with Pantocid DSR for ulcer. My question is whether I have cardiac problem, how to know if there is any block? I did TMT in year 2017 it was normal. I don't know whether it is Ulcer or heart problem causing pain in heart and shoulder back. Numbness in right hand fingers at times. My BP is 130/ 80, Heart Beat 100. Stomach bloating is there. Upper abdomen pain.

Cardiologist prescribed Concor AM 2.5/2.5 tablets for hypertension for patient who had Aortic valve replaced and CABG. This tablet is not available . What is the alternative? Can it be substituted with Concor cor 2.5 and Amlodac 2.5 combination?

Dear Cardiologist, This is to know whether I have heart problem or heart block? From 12th January 2019 I am having acidity problem. Pain burning sensation below chest spreading upwards. I have Ulcer, High BP, Urticaria, Asthma. I am taking medicine Tazloc H 40mg and Stamlo 10mg daily as per Cardiologist prescription. For urticaria I have daily Cetrizen for last 7 years. For ulcer I was having Esogress D on Gastroenterologist prescription. Now I am having Ulgel syrup and Pantocid DSR for last 2 days. For Asthma I have Montek AB and Formoflo 250mg inhaler with Asthalin rotocap 200mg. I am having pain in chest back of shoulder. Numbness on right hand fingers. I did ECG at a Hospital 15th January 19 and met Neurologist in a private clinic. ECG is normal. Neurologist is a renowned Doctor. I met Neurologist because I get pain in left side head and numbness feeling over left face. Neurologist has given me Topaz medicine. MRI brain already done for me 6 yrs ago. Why my chest paining till now?

In a formal health check up recently it has been found that my BP is 170/90 .Started Amlodipine 5 mg once in a day .After 3 days no major improvement . Please guide.
