Heart Problems & Remedies

I am feeling hard pulse all over body. In head, handa, legs everywhere. I have full shaking problem as well. My body vibrates all the time. My vitamin b12 is 150. My ecg is normal. This is happening from very long time i say years. Bp is normal and pulse rate is around 80 and when exercise or after some activity it increases. I am overweight and have loads of anxiety. Are these hard pulses a problem? I think too much and for small problems also I search in internet and start worrying.

Last 5 months I suffer from left side chest pain & arm pain... I do x-ray & CT scan of my chest which is all normal.. then I consult with a cardiologist he advise me to do ECG,ECHO & TMT which is also normal.he says I don't have any problem from heart side... but still I have chest pain & left arm pain...last 5 month I continue coughs up white mucus... which is sticky ..I don't do sneezing...I heard somewhere that coughs up white mucus is sign of heart problem!!! But my last all reports are normal.. please suggest me what I do!!

Hello I am a 34years old male, sometimes I use to feel tiredness with shortening of breathing for last 2 years that subsides automatically within 4-7 days and not associated with any other symptoms. I did ECG and echo n lipid profile all are normal. Is there any chance of cardiac problem even after ECG n echo normal? If yes what test I should go for?

Recently since today im able to pulse in my stomach. I can only see it while i'm lying down when my belly is flat and not while sitting. its around the belly button. I'm not very thin. My height is 5'8 and my weight is 67kg. I also have pcod and so i have fat around my stomach. what is the cause for this? should i be concerned? is it something serious?
