The patient had a by pass surgery a month back and he was having troubled sleep , pain in the chest , easting issues and anxiety since 3 -4 days from now.we had his tests done and in ultrsound it is depicted that his lungs and liver have shrinked . We are concerned alot and we need to know why this happened and what is the solution

LDL cholesterol is 145.33, HDL ratio is 3.93. Blood sugar is 148. Is there any heart problems showing. How can i control cholesterol.
