Pain in chest while walking
I have recently gone through TMT which says mildly positive due to horizontal st depression upto 2mm in lead II,III, avf, v4-v6, normalising within 15 seconds of recovery period. My echo is normal, I'm slim, no smoking or alcohol, no early CAD family history, my lipid profile is ldl-101, tg-139, hdl,33, total-157.
I lead a sedentary life style and have recently developed pinpointing chest, shoulders and upper abdomen pain/pressure. When ever I brisk walk, it comes intermittently and is well localised that can be easily be pointed out.
Additionally, I'm dealing with anxiety from last 4 years so face breathing issues on and off while at rest or otherwise too.
My question, is it possible to have CAD at this age with no risk factors? Or the pain I feel could only be due to anxiety?
To add, i had stressecho in nov 2017, june 2015 which was negative. Tmt in 2016 too that had more or less similar values however it was said to be negative at that point in time.
Please help!

BP in range of 140-160/ 90-110
I have being recently feeling headache on my right ear side at the back of my head. On checking my blood pressure for week it has been in the systolic range of 140-160 & dystolic range of 90-110. My pulse rate being 80-85, oxygen -99 %. I don't have any other medical illness.
I have recently shifted to a new country and the problem has started after coming here. Does change in food and location has any impact on it.
Prior flying to abroad I had indulge in drinking and having dinner outside at least 3 times a week for 2 months. Can this be a cause of spike in BP.
Kindly advise how to proceed. I will be visiting a cardiologist next week.

Chronic ischemic changes
Got 2D echo, CT scan of the head and Blood reports done. The reports were normal, but the CT scan of the head report mentions chronic ischemic changes involving Mild confluent hypodensities in bilateral periventicular region. What does it mean? What are the medications to treat it? I have had high blood pressure around 160/90 since last 1 month, but after medication it is around 135-145/90.
Thanks in advance

Walking after open heart surgery
I'm currently 4 months past open heart surgery for triple bypass. Since my doctor encouraged me to walk, I've gradually increased the duration and distance and now walking totally around 9.5 km per day. Is it advisable and safe to do this much of walking 4 months after open heart surgery?
