My lift sids chest pain and midil chest pain 3 months ago ecg normal 1.5 years ago echo normal how this pain and ecg and echo report normally validation

I got heart attack on 27 Dec Right artery 99 Left 80 and 70 blocked I am on medecine and taking inhalers My throat is having dryness n feels difficult in speaking What is issue or what to do or what to avoid

I have mild diabetes and high Triglycerides. I am taking 2 medicines: 1 .Lipicard 160 2.Lipaglyn 4 mg Are these 2 medicines can be taken together in a day i.e. are they compatible with each other. M.k.Gupta

My inr keeps on flunctating a lot. one month it is 2.5 and other month it is 1.5. My doctor changes the dose accordingly. i am scared that if it continues will it impact my mechanical valve at aortic position. i keep doing my echo after a year. Please let me know how will it impact.

I have been experiencing pain on my left elbow upper and sometimes inner. Left jaw pain just below left ear. And pain below left chest. All these symptoms happen when I have gas. In August I have done ECG all normal. The pain comes and goes. No pressure on chest. No breathing problem. Is it cardiac. Because sometimes I have pain on back as well. BP 127/79. Cholesterol total 264.

R/p doctor,, I have some discomfort in chest, sometimes I suffer from ghabrahat than breathing problems n some Times I feel tight or limb in throt..I have also gas acidity and mrng time cough problem.i hav  clear my all tast ecg, eco,tmt strss, blood n urin tast 3 time but last tast in sugar 103 n some ldl chelostro high n vita B12 40 low,and vita D some low, I suffer from ghabrahat n thightnes chest, pin sensation on body., sometimes when I pressure to toilets n latrin than some  feel uncomfortable in head..it's rare.. n heartitation,throt tightness it's always often in sleep time in night when I live alone n I travel alone..coz I have some fobia n stres of heart attack.i living alone in Delhi..I m very dipressed abt my problem i have no Idea what is symptoms of heart, angina,  gas acidity or anxiety..one doctor said it's anxiety when checout n tast in first time..I have tak many medicine like homiyopethi, ayurvedic,elopethic for gas, heart..

TMT negative,ECHO  2d is normal .sugar normal.is there any problem for heart?are these tests are sufficient to know the heart condition?

My father skipped prolomet am 50 medicene for about 20 days. And then i told him to take regular medicenes. But prolomet am 50 didnt work ..and we had to rush to hospital and gave him lasix injection to get his bp down. His bp was 170/100.. After injection his bp went normal.. What should i do now. Should he take prolomet am50 or not ?
