Feeling Low Chest Pain From 8 Days in Left Side Of My Chest. I have no problem like(vomiting,Ghabrahat)

Iam suffering from white coat hypertension iam using bp tab olmezest h20. iam taking bp readings at home by automated bp monitor. During first reading iam very nervous and anxiety it shows 145/79, after two minutes iam very free the second shows as 120/75, and third shows as 115/70,remaining 4,5, 6 all readings are very normal like 2 and third .Another day i take reading it shows 128/84, 115/75,110/75. My doubt is which reading should be considered? first or next readings?Or average of three readings? Pls suggest. Regards.

I am 23 years old i regularly run and exercise i dont smoke nor drink.from past 4 days my breath goes aways for a second and comes back after running and in some days it happens while running also.i experience no pain nothing. before i was getting like this but ones a while now its getting day by day while start running no problem while i walk i am completely normal I have done cholesterol test and urine test everything is normal Any problem?
