Increase medication
Iam using bp tablet. Last time my bp shows 145/83, can i increase my dose or its sufficient that means it's control bp?
Pls suggest.

One value is insufficient to make may decision .. if most values more than 140/90 then we increase dose ..this is not very high ..keep.log.of.records and meet you physician to decide about change in dose
