My father has blockage 80% lad, doctor advising for angioplasty. Can this be treated in medicine what should we do?

I am a 31 years male. I have chest pain each and everyday. I did many ecg, echocardiography, tmt, lipid profile, and ct coronary angiogram and all comes normal. My cardiologists said i have anxiety problem. But i have all day chest pain, left hand pain, dizziness and sometimes shortness of breath. Plz suggest me something so i can get my life back.

Attached is the lipid profile. The values are on border or high. Is there chance of heart disease.. any suggestions? Do I need to consult doc , if yes which dept?

Doctor, I have symptoms like chest pain( from a year) which comes and go.Now from few days i am feeling it while walking sometimes...i sometimes get numbness in hands and legs...pain in both the hands and legs...apart from that i have acidity..I have been to hospital for 7 times in a year to make sure yy i am getting this pain and i am clueless. Doctor can blockage of arteries happen at a age between 20-30 ???for a person who dosent smoke and consume alcohol?? i had my TMT a year before and its negative...I had my TMT,2D ECHO a month before and they are normal. doctor i get pain in chest 2-3 times a day, which stays for some 3-5 seconds ..which sometimes goes by its own or wen i change direction. If all the reports are normal I want to know yy I am feeling these symptoms and how to rule them out...any procedure..or else ots just because of anxiety and overthinking...Of its because of panic attack...can both heart attck and panic attack have same symptoms ??

I have Been recently diagnosed with VT , When i have palpitation blood pressure remains normal , no sweating , no diziness everything remailns normal but pulse.goes up to 200 Let me know.which type of VT it is

Echo done ..-all ok . Taking Monotrate 10mg for last 4 days . She is feeling irregular heartbeat . Though after taking Monotrate things has improved.

Just wanted to know the best way or test to check if my heart is healthy. Someone told me Echo cant guarantee a healthy heart.

Hi doctor, These are my symptoms from 1 year 1)numbness in hand and legs 2)pain that comes and go in left chest when i stand...now a days i am getting it while i was walking too. 3)pain in left hand shoulder 4)less sleep at night 4-5 hours...some days 5)i have excess dandruff in hair 6)i have acidity problem 7)some times i get pain in left ear. As I am having these symptoms from long time i went to hospital nearly 7 times..every cardiologist said..everything is fine after looking ECG and 2D ECHO reports...i have done my TMT test before 1 year and it is negative. But doctor when everything is good and normal. I dont know why i am having these pains. I am 23 years old.I usually think a lot about future.. like what is going to happen and who will stay. but now a days i am getting pain in left chest when i was standing or else walking.. please help me out doctor. please say me what to do.I used all my money for tests and yet no information :-( i am attaching my recent ECG and 2D ECHO
