Iam a 110kg man and have started facing the following issues offlate: - lethargy or tiredness - nausea - pain on the top of left chest(mostly burning or static pain) - Shorter steps - loss of appetite - phlegm (spotted 2 spits with a vague blood spot) I did my tmt 3 months ago which was normal.. Should I be worried about heart issues?

Last morning I have a strong chest pain problem. Than I go to near by hospital and check plus and ECG there are fluctuating 212to258. For approximately one hour and then I am okay. So pls suggest me what was the problem.

I had BP checked my bp was usually high 1-2 years .But now it was 170/110 as checked by one of the Dr.And he suggested to take BP medicines .I took tablet for 1 day and my pulse rate was 50bpm.Should i continue to take tablets ?

Hlo MY self Sriram and my problem is heart palpitations and by the time when it happens firstly I am very fearful about it and after checked out to doctor I am fine and after that the palpitations are once in a month and recently on Dec 16th when I am sleeping I feels like my heart were beating so fast and it beats around 200 or even greater beats per minute and what is the problem

I have chest pain, left hand pain, chin pain, shortness of breath, dizziness but my every cardiac reports comes normal, ecg, echocardiography doppler, tmt, lipid profile, ct coronary angiogram all reports normal. My every cardiologists said i haven't any heart problem. Then why i have this symptoms everyday all day. For more than 1 year

My left ventricle size changes from 46mm to 54 mm in a year. I can see normal limit is 59mm. I am worried what if it crosses the normal limit. Can it be reduced. Does echo report varies over a day?

Hi doctor, These are my symptoms from 1 year 1)numbness in hand and legs 2)from 10 days i am feeling sharp pain that comes and go in left chest when i stand or rest...now a days i am getting it while i was walking too. 3)pain in left hand shoulder 4)less sleep at night 4-5 hours...some days 5)i have excess dandruff in hair 6)i have acidity problem 7)some times i get pain in left ear. As I am having these symptoms from long time i went to hospital nearly 7 times..every cardiologist said..everything is fine after looking ECG and 2D ECHO reports...i have done my TMT test before 1 year and it is negative. But doctor when everything is good and normal. I dont know why i am having these pains. I am 23 years old.I usually think a lot about future.. like what is going to happen and who will stay. but now a days i am getting pain in left chest when i was standing or else walking.. please help me out doctor.
