Is 108bpm is good or bad? Report shows sinus tachycardia. Is it dangerous or just a common. Please tell me

Normal heart rate is between 60 to 90.it can be increased in many condition s like Fever. Its not dangerous but if it is always more then 100 then you should see the doctor to find the exact reason for this.
