Pain in left arm jaw chest back shoulder. Breathlessness pressure on chest. What could be the reason?

I have chest pain each and everyday from September 2017. My ecg, echocardiography, lipid profile, tmt, ct coronary angiogram all reports normal. But i have chest pain left hand pain all days. It's worse at evening. My cardiologists said i don't have any cardiac problems. Then plz tell me what is the actual illness

Is there any test to know that bypass surgery done well or not? Any scan so that I will get conclude.

I've left sided chest pains since last 2-3months and I consulted the doctor and they have done it's related test like x-ray,ecg &2D eco but all are normal no evidence finding in the report according the doctor. I took some medicine which the adviced but result is not good..

I am having NASH, and now am getting a mild pain at left and central part of the chest. Although it's not that rigid as it moved to right side for few minutes. Please could anyone tell me do i need to consult cardiologist or is it a normal case of acid reflux or digestion issue. My wife having difficulty in breathing at Sunday night. We see a doctor on Tuesday. ECG done and shows a change and doctor says its called ischemia but nothing serious and not to worry. Immediately we have done echo also which was completely normal. Doctor says everything is ok and nothing to worry but prescribed ecosprin tabs. I have confusion here and keen to know 1.how serious is this or can I ignore this as said by Doctor that it is normal. 2.Will it bring some serious issue later. 3.It is just came and go type issue or its a lifetime disease that need to carry 4. What might be the cause having this at the age of 35? 5. her family and any relatives doesn't have any cardiac history ever 6. What are the precautions needs to be taken?

I found an article that;"A blood pressure difference of 10 to 15 points or more between arms also boosted the chances of having a stroke or dying from cardiovascular disease". Is this true???
