Slow heartbeat (40) for high BP patient
Dear doctors,
The patient has been taking medicine for high BP for the last 20 years. Now, recently he has also developed slow heartbeat of 40, but no other symptoms such as fatigue/ nausea are there.
I want to know a solution for this problem! Whether going for a pacemaker is recommended to such a patient or not? If yes, what kind of pacemaker is recommended? Leaded or non leaded?
If not, then what can be an alternative treatment?
It would be a big favor if you can answer this in detail so that we can proceed with the treatment accordingly. Multiple opinions are most welcome.
