My blood pressure is not controlling, my bp never remans normal cause i have over weight now i visit nearby doctor he told me you have chances of heart attack and he given me ecosprin 75 now i want to know how can i control my blood pressure and how can i maintain my weight Thankyou

I have chest pain from September 2017. i did many ecg, echocardiography, lipid profile and ct coronary angiogram and now 3 days ago i did tmt. and all reports comes normal. but i have chest pain every afternoon and evening my cardiologists said it's GAD, but i have real pain in chest and left hand. plz suggest something
