I suffer from high BP and am taking regular medication for the same (met xl and CTD 6.25). I am not overweight (5'1'' and 51 kgs). no known heart issue either. Is it ok if I go for a run in the mornings with high BP?

I have recently done health check up.Good cholestrol is 35 and bad is 101. IS it good or how do i reduce bad cholestrol and increase good cholestrol

Will increased bpm during walking decrease stress or increase stress. Will walking decrease anxiety or increase it.

I am taking amlopin 2.5since last 5 months . My age is 49 . Weight 64 kgs. Height 5ft 7inch . Pressure 135/85 . Ecg is normal . Can amlopin cause arrythmia and fast heart beat tachycardia ? I feel that occassionally .

My mother suffering with cough from 3 months. We did the Tb test. It shows negative. We have taken an X-ray. In that doctor told that a little bit nimmonia inside the lung tubes and she had typoid. He gave some tabs for both but the cough was not reducing and getting worse in night. Why it's happening? How to reduce cough .I'm attaching doctor prescription. In the tablets list we are using glavo 500 instead of forbact er 300 in the list due medicine  unavailability. Please tell me what to do

I have been experiencing pain in the left side of my upper chest, shoulder and neck. The pain is a stabbing pain in the chest and pricking pain in the neck and shoulder of the left hand. I also have pain the under arms and got diagnosed a few weeks back and there are no nodes. I also feel palpitations and tiredness. Please suggest if this is related to heart ?

I was diagnosed with mild LVH during my echo test.I used to have blood pressure in the ranges of 150-160/90-96. presently am on medication of olmezest 20mg.Presently my blood pressure reading was 135/85. Is Mild LVH a medical condition to be concerned off? Can mild LVH be reversed.? Is my present bp readings normal?

Hi doctors, My wife feeling pain below left side breast and at same time she feeling sensation in brain/head also. Due which she is feeling discomfort. Could you please help me with the reason why it's happening and to which specialist doctor do I need to consult?
