Infection of the heart endocarditis
Hello sir i am 19 year old male , i had started feeling heart  palpitations about 6  months ago now my condition is getting worse with lost of breath , faster heart beat and throbbing very fast pulses in left and right side of head from 2 days i sometimes feel like suffocating or choking  yesterday i did echocardiography and my results are in summary it is written - Valves and chamber dimensions are normal. No regurgitation. No pericardial effusion. Normal thickness IVS. Normal LV function ( EF aprox 65%). No reginal wall motion abnormality , intra cardiac clot,mass or vegetation seen. what this means what is problem with my heart should i get hospitalized or it will get okay with  medicines i want to know if it is infection of the heart because i had started paining in my left molar tooth 6 or 7 months ago but it was not paining all the time only when chewing food so i  did not went to dentist i thought it will go on its own after one month of tooth pain i got palpitation started
