Just keep your teeth clean. Floss regularly. Brush your teeth twice a day. If you're ever undergoing any surgery mention to your doctor about your condition that should be fine. Endocarditis doesn't just occur with any infection. The infection has to spread via your blood stream which usually requires severe infection or very bad hygiene. As long as you keep that in mind you should be fine.
