My left Leg calf muscle is larger than right and mild pain is there in calf region while studying when I sit on Chair for 2-3 hours, so my family physician has recommended D DIMER test it's results is 363 ngfeu/ml is it a serious issue or normal. Or should I seek a second opinion from a specialist? Currently I'm taking Amlokind At Daily at night and my BP is well controlled.

May  I use  telmikind 40  (Mankind) in state  of teleact 40 (Ranbaxy)  because  it  is  cheap  enough
