I did Echocardiogram.
It is showing everything as normal but shows mild PAH, trivial TR, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, traces of pericardial effusion+.
My master health check up is normal done 2 months ago is normal.
I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am obese 108kg.
I had deep breathing problem. I met Pulmonologist. He has given medicine.
My question is mild PAH is it cause for concern? Is mild PAH reversible? Other observations are cause for concern?
I plan to do TMT.
I am very worried. Please clarify.
