Hello sir i have some chest pain.while jogging and running time come to chest pain.my diagonasis report echo and ecg normal.plz tell about this kind of pain

I feel a  strong heartbeat,not palpitations, almost everyday,without any reason,even when iam just sitting relaxed.it is so strong that for a second. I feel that heart has stopped.it is very uncomfortable.what could be the reason?

2 days back artificial pacemaker was put after surgery. Now the patient feels dizziness and fainting.

My pulse rate ranges between 90-110. I don't have any previous medical record. I am 28 year student old living a stress free life. I am not suffering from depression or  anxiety, Neither I consume alcohol. Is my pulse rate is normal or shall I consult a doctor?

Hi, I see the report has the following impressions, 1) Small Perimembranous VSD 2) Mild Pulmonary Stenosis 3) Small Residual PDA present New born male baby. Can anyone please tell me the problem and the treatment for the same? Is this a temporary one or permanent? Kindly help me out with more information about this and the further treatments. Thanks!

SUFFERING FROM SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND PAIN IN LUNGS AND CHEST And and also have nasal disorder

Dear doctors, The patient has been taking medicine for high BP for the last 20 years. Now, recently he has also developed slow heartbeat of 40, but no other symptoms such as fatigue/ nausea are there. I want to know a solution for this problem! Whether going for a pacemaker is recommended to such a patient or not? If yes, what kind of pacemaker is recommended? Leaded or non leaded? If not, then what can be an alternative treatment? It would be a big favor if you can answer this in detail so that we can proceed with the treatment accordingly. Multiple opinions are most welcome.

Low dull pain in chest often and it goes away after some time. Have vertigo problem too developed recently that last for hours, I feel like surroundings are falling down. Had felt very difficulty time twice in span of 3 months that I got full sweat and full darkness, cannot see any thing with vertigo  simultaneously, this condition lasted for 2 mins once in the midnight and second time while iam in washroom.
