Hi doctors, I am kumar, my father age is 67,suffering from triple vessel cad. Got anterior wall myocardial infarction.doctors have done angiography. Doctors have given two options for us 1.angioplasty and 2.cabg. Angio report details: , LAD: type 3 vessel 95% long segment lesion . LCX: 80% lesion. Mid segment shows luminal irregularities. Om branches shows thin vessel mild disease. RCA: non dominant and thin vessel. Diffusely diseased. He s diabetic patient also. Please suggest best and suitable treatment for him. 🙏🙏

From past 2 days, I am having pain near the shoulder joints of both my left and right arm...the pain is more when i sit and less felt when I move around Also, I have done electrocardiogram 2 months back and it was normal The pain seems to be relevied on burping I have not undergone TMT, but instead I have a habit of jogging every morning for an hour and I don't feel any discomfort Is it related to the heart? If not , can you please advise what is this?

I feel very tired after my gym sessions..i just started gym 2 day before...now i am doing normal excercises...like pushups sit ups etc..after 20 mnts or smtng i feeel very breathlesss and feeel like a fainting and too much sweating..is that a normal for beginners or some other problems?need to consult a doctor or someting?

From today morning I have had many spells of panic attacks accompanied with vertigo and and angina heart pains. Was directed to a cardiologist by local doctor who took ecg. Please advise on the enclosed ecg report whether everything is fine. Still having angina spells. I am currently on anti psychotic anti depresent and anti anxiety and seizure medications.

Hello I am 24 years old I have sinus tachycardia Grade 1 MVP Holter - Few ectopics Whenever i go out somewhere i have anxiety and my heart rate stays around 130 bpm I have been suggested to take INDERAL 10 twice a day. Should i take it? Can it be stopped?? As i heard that once i start taking beta blockers it cannot be stopped.

Hello, I am 23 year old female.. for the past 6 months I have been facing severe chest pains at random times..mostly when I am stressed. The chest pain is so intense that it makes breathing difficult and sometimes the pain is excruciating. I had a medical checkup in the Month of August and my ecg reports were normal.. however I am facing this issue very much. I have been advised to take fish oil capsules, however the chest pain is still there and mostly I feel like my heart is just squeezed and the pain is too intense for me to even describe. The pain has been increasing a lot everytime. Please advise as I am worried.

I am feeling heaviness in chest, emanating from the place where heart is, ONLY during winter. In summer, this problem is not there. Is it normal or due to some cardiology problem ?
