I'm having dizziness since from 3 weeks and mild chest pain from 5 days could this be related to heart m worried

I'm having dizziness from 3 weeks and after every meal I'm feeling food is stuck in ma throat , food isn't getting digested properly and I'm having sharp chest pain light-headed is all this symptoms related to heart m worried

I am sugar BP patiant I am tack rosutor.gold gold 10/75tablets I am check up cholesterol test total cholesterol 155 I am contincolestrol tablets

My mother is taking amlodipine basylate tablets 5 mg and another doctor prescribe her calcium tablets is not it cause any harm to my mother. My mother BP now shows. 120/80.from the first she take amlodipine she feels very weak as she fell down. Does she stop it. She feels tingling and cooling her head.

I am suffering since three years. I feel fatigued throughout the day and have severe dyspnea. I get severe headache in morning too. My resting heart rate is around 100-110 and gets till 180-200 with just a flight of stairs. My weight is normal so I don't understand what is happening. I used to pre hypertensive with 137/91 and then was prescribed Inderal la 20 which I ate in July, August last year and after that my BP is usually 95/83 or 100/85 in that range (in rest). Why is the pulse pressure so low now! I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchitis in Jan this year and have been eating mondeslor for two months but I don't see any improvement. I did a pft, ecg and echo and they came out normal. I don't understand at all. I don't have any anxiety issues and I am pretty calm person. I am suffering from headache and breathlessness and it's affecting my daily life. Please help.

I have ECG report that I want to show to a doctor who can tell me what the report says. It is know the current health condition.

I feel pain in left side shoulder and elbow. I traveled very long in my motorcycle from two days. Is it due to strain or anything else.
