Heart Problems & Remedies

Have chest pain from 2 days on left side. Pain last only a few seconds. Used to smoke and stopped smoking last week. Worried little on what's really happening. Attaching the ecg and echo reports and prescription details. Doctor advices to some tests but he didn't tell anything about present condition. Can someone help me with the reports and further treatment procedure.

I have chest pain from a year or more, i did ecg, echocardiography, lipid profile, tmt, ct coronary angiogram and all reports comes normal. But all day i have chest pain, left hand pain, jaw pain , dizziness, loose of appetite and bad breath from mouth. Now my cardiologists said i have to do a normal angiogram (CAG). Plz suggest something

Hi doctor, In December 2017, i had normal pain in heart,then i went to hospital and they took ECG,2D ECHO and said its because of acidity...i used tablets for few days and stopped and then i went to another hospital...they did ECG,2D ECHO,TMT...i had my TMT exactly one year back...it is negative..the doctor said everything is normal and didnt prescribe me any tablets..but asked me to do yoga and meditation.Then recently in january 2019 i felt some pain in chest and went to cardiology hosp..then they did test for ECG and 2D ECHO and said there is no issue..and gave me tablets for acidity..but from last 15 days...I am having sharp pain in my heart that comes and go...which lasts for 1-2 seconds..even last day in the morning i had this sharp pain in heart and below left ribs..I was soo worried that it might be pain because of heart. daily i am having this fear of heart attack...is that sharp pain really because of acidity doctor?..i am attaching ECG and 2D ECHO of jan 2019 doctor

Breathing issue . Need to take big breathe / apply more pressure to intake oxygen while breathing. Now days it happens frequently.

According to The lipid profile report it is given that: Triglycerides- 203 Total cholesterol- 238 Ldl cholesterol- 158 Hdl cholesterol- 39 Vldl -41 Are these values normal or not please guide me to improve the situation 4 months back I got some palpitations I am on diet right now and weight is 73kg

I had heart attack on 10 th September for which i got stent implant on 11th September.There was delay of one day in reporting to hospital.My EF is 50%.I have been going to gym daily since last one month and doing regular exercises for 1 hour daily.I have lost 6 kg weight since last four months. Last month I also underwent routine stress echo test and finding was negative for induced MI and ef was 50-57%. Since last night Irregular heartbeat indicator is glowing in my blood pressure meter. Kindly advise if it is a medical emergency. My heartbeat is around 60-75 PM . I am 47 years old male.Kindly advise urgently as i am quite worried of irregular heartbeat indicator sometimes glowing in meter .
