Hello, I am having pain in upper back and upper abdomen since 4 days now, did ECG today could you please advise on ECG reports.

Hi, My mother was admitted in the hospital with chest pain. ECG came abnormal and she was released after 3 days monitoring . She went back to her native place  and consulted a doctor regarding this issue. He advised some tests to be done. Both the doctors gave her some medicines and she is taking those. The reports have come. I wanted to have 2nd opinion about my mother's health condition. I am attaching all the available reports. Please advise.

Chest pain, advised angiography. Report says, Small segment of myocardial bridging involving mid LAD detected in ct angiography Could you please advise if it is serious, should I immediately consult any specialist or just ignore?

I feel a  strong heartbeat,not palpitations, almost everyday,without any reason,even when iam just sitting relaxed.it is so strong that for a second. I feel that heart has stopped.it is very uncomfortable.what could be the reason?

2 days back artificial pacemaker was put after surgery. Now the patient feels dizziness and fainting.

My pulse rate ranges between 90-110. I don't have any previous medical record. I am 28 year student old living a stress free life. I am not suffering from depression or  anxiety, Neither I consume alcohol. Is my pulse rate is normal or shall I consult a doctor?
