I am having cholesterol of 277, ldl 191, hdl 39, triglycerides 239 and vldl 47, I am on atorva 40mg daily, and have changed my diet and I also workout. Provided I avoid cholesterol foods, what is the maximum amount of cholesterol that can be consumed by food daily for a patient like me?

Are organic India medicines are safe??? Like lipid care control, is it safe to take capsules for lowering cholesterol. Please advice. Attachment is enclosed for your reference. Thanks

My blood pressure spiked up when I played cricket for 4 hours to 160/100 my age is 32 years male . N I have been on telmisartan and diuretics since that day, I tried quitting the medicines for 15 days but it again spiked up to 160/100. My cholesterol and thyroid , kidney all are normal . TMT is normal too. So do I have to continue medicines for whole of my life m struggling . Pls help

I am in  Stress because of family problem for past few days . Yesterday i got chest pain on the left side. And i feel the pain till my back . Am not able to breath properly and some times the pain is bit increasing when get up from the bed or standing. Am feeling uncomfortable something like there is a heavy stone in the left side. The pain is there from yesterday evening till now. Please help me understand what kind of pain is this whether it is related to any heart problem.
