Little chest pain

Hi Doc, Lately I have observed that I am getting chest pain (left part). I hope its not something bad indicating related to my health. Please consult me what steps needs to be taken to cure this issue...as of now it is little but maybe indication of heart attack warning.I am so worried Please give me valueble advise.

My echo report shows ascending aorta 4cm. it shows dilated ascending aorta. i am 6ft tall and 68 kg. My last two report shows same value. What should i do?

Warf dose after AVR replacement

My father INR reported today as 2.11 , He has diagnosed with Mechanical Aortic valve replacement 6 years back, He is doing fine, as INR range should maintain from 2.5 to 3. What would be the new dose of Warf he should take in order to reach the INR range of 2.5 to 3. Currently he is taking 3mg warf for first 3 days followed by 4mg for next 4 days in a week.

I have chest pain from September 2017,my every reports ecg, echocardiography,  tmt, lipid profile, ct coronary angiogram, but my current angiogram reports said i have slowflow in a tiny vessel. Is it life threatening? Or is it any complication?

Opinion on echocardiography report

My grandfather age 85 years was suffering from ILD from last 1 year and he is diabetic patient from 20 years. So pulmonologist asked us to go for echocardiography and following are the impressions:- LV inferior wall MI.LV apex spared No LV hypertrophy Mild Aortic valve calcification. No stenosis MR+, AR+ +, TR and PR trivial. No PAH Reduced LV compliance LV function compromised. LVEF approx 50% No thrombus seen in LV Please explain this in simple language and treatment... Thanks

LBBB found in ECG

Hello . I had my yearly medical test . Doctor said I have LBBB in ECG and need to go for 2D echo test . I had 2 D echo which came out normal . At that time I didn't had any symptoms . Now after 2 months sometime I have light pain in left side and right side of my chest . Please advise asap . I don't have any other symptoms .the pain is not all the time it comes and goes from right to left.
