I had my health check up some days ago It's showing total cholesterol is 207 And where Triglycerides 370 which is too than normal ranges

My total cholesterol is 235. How can this be lowered below 200? Please advise. Please find the report attached.

I have done TMT test last month.. While running on trademill i felt breathlessness and dizziness. But result is normal as per physician. Attached TMT result.

My age is 32 years, male hypertension 140/90 . I am on hypertensive medicines since 4 months. Do I have to take medicines for whole of my life ?? Blood sugar normal, thyroid normal.

My father is about to get his right eye operated for cataract. As part of the routine checks he had to take an ECG and then an ecocardiography. My grandmother had hole in heart.is it hereditary?...I had my ECG done in the month of June which came normal.so do I have the reason to worry about this hereditary factor?

My mother in law got paralysis attack yesterday on 20 Nov,  And now her full left side is not working. She is heart patient and had heart valve replacement surgery 9 years ago.. What are the chances of recovery and will left side start working again normally .. How much time it will take?

Legs keep swelling frequently. Swelling increases when work hard on his shop. Morning time swelling is least and gradually increases during the day. Currently taking medicine for high BP and Sugar. Sugar is generally on higher side. No thyroid.

I have done experiment with snake venom. Some snake venom fall on my hands. I decided to wash my hands later and I continued the experiment. But later I forgot to wash my hands. Then I eat my food with the same hands. Some snake poison have entered my stomach. I have heard that snake venom is haemotoxic and neurotoxic. Will anything happen to me? Will it destroy my RBC ? Will it destroy my brain?

My father undergone cabg 3 months ago. Now he have desire to  drink. So is consumption of alcohol safe for him?
