Yesterday i did troponin t test because i had chest pain and doctor recommend it. Its result is <0.003 (normal range is 0.00 _ 0.10). Is this good result or bad. Please tell me.

Hi, I have a pinching pain over left breast which inturn travel to my left hand . I have been dealing with it from last 8-9 months. Have done 2ECG , 1 TMT and echo and all seems normal. have also done MRI for neck and found small bulge disc issue. I feel like my pain increases when I take stress or when I drive. During this I also feel a small pain in my upper back shoulder joint Please advice with whom should I consult?
