Heart Problems & Remedies

Over the last couple of weeks, I've been able to feel my heart beating, doesn't matter the position. I need to concentrate for a few seconds, but works everytime. Also, sometimes there's a vein popping in the middle of my forehead. My BP is normal. I have a fitness watch, so I know my heart rate is mostly normal. My ecg was also normal. Consulted a doctor as well. Was told it's normal but I don't get why now? I have been a regular smoker last couple of years. Mostly between 2-5 cigarettes everyday. Have felt mild chest pain a few times in the last couple of months. Have already quit smoking now though I doubt it's related to that. Just looking for a possible explanation.

I have anxiety, so my doc gave me Aten 25mg as S.O.S. Since i am having this rise in my heart rate almost everyday. Is it good to take this medicine on almost regular basis as it was given for S.O.S to me ?

Cholesterol in Ghee? Does ghee contain cholesterol? Can ghee be consumed on a daily basis? How much of ghee should be consumed as i already have high cholesterol???

I have chest tightness from few days and it's not paining but I get uneasiness to stretch my body and I can feel my heart beating sometimes I feel It is very fast. Hi doctor. I dont know why i am soo worried abt my health.When ever I get some pain in chest I am going to hospital.Every time the common symptoms that are noticed are pain in chest for 2-3 seconds ..it occurs randomly 3-4 times a day..numbness in legs and hands...getting sleep only for 4 hours...numb pain in left hand shoulder sometimes which comes and go away..and i also have cold sweat sometimes for total body...it is happening from many months..Everytime this happens..i rush to hospital and get ECG,2D ECHO and TMT done..I dont know if it is related to heart or else something..all the reports are saying okay...but yy i am having these pains doctor... please do help me out doctor.. i have been to many hospitals and they say everything is fine.. when everything is fine..why am i getting this pains again and again ...I attached my ECG and 2D ECHO reports doctor..please say what to doo..and help me to overcome this doctor

Hi I recently checked my blood pressure on a digital machine . It showed up the following readings . SYSTOLE - 180 DIASTOLE - 130 I don't have the history of cardiac problem is it cause of concern . Kindly help me with it and suggest me what are the tests I need to go through Thanks

I have done ECHO of heart and found disatolic Dysfunction of grade 2 , is it serious... They tolde to control weight and BP. I wanted to know is it serious problem?
