Heart Problems & Remedies

Respected Doctor, Please refer attached graph. I started running from last 7 days & my heart rate goes high. Average its near 165 & max near 180 bpm. Is it ok or i should do some changes in my running. Analysis is same nearby daily. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I am 25 years old and not working in a heavy load just doing an office work sometime I get pain in my left chest while I afraid or panic I feel the pain. during the pain I am not having sweating and breathing problems may I know why it happens it due to cholesterol or anyother things?

I am a software engineer and I am in good health, considering my BMI, which is normal. My blood pressure also is normal. However, my resting heart rate is always more than 90. I have recently started working out to be physically fit. I don't feel any discomfort it anything but it does bother me having resting heart rate of 90+ Should i be worried? What might be the reasons? And, if possible, how can I get it under normal range?

One and half year ago while running on treadmill suddenly I felt chest discomfort. Ecg was done immediately which was normal. Next day Echo and TMT were done which were normal. Later I developed antral gastritis and on tab pantop D. Now sometimes while on walking and exertion I feel chest discomfort. Visited doctor and ECG was normal. What should I do? Should I see a cardiologist?

Hey I dont have a bounding or heavy heart beat or pulse but when i touch centre of my neck with fingers than i can lightly feel my pulse...is it normal??

My brother using bp tab olmezest h 20 but some times it shows high reading . He consult a physician , suggest amlodipine 5 mg with olmezest h20 . Pls suggest that is better or olmezest h 40 is better?
