Sudden chest pain on left some time near streum mid like pressure pain some time it on down side of left side when pain occur it feel it worse on breath

I had heart attack 4 months back.Till last month i was taking Cap metalor XR 50 mg once and innapure 2.5 mg twice a day.My doctor has changed dosage to Metalor XR 75 mg now.But metalor is not available in 75 mg at chemist near me.Kindly advise some substitute.
