Hi All, I am Rohit from Delhi, In Dec last year i had chest pain, So took a ECG and Doctor's suspect type1 Brugada morphology. After this I have done multiple ECG, ECHO, TMT, CT Angiography and holter test for 24 hrs all these test came negative, So Doctor told its asymptomatic, Since there was no ventricular tachycardia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF), or a family history of sudden cardiac death in a first degree relative who is less than 45 years old and no treatment was provided. Now i am planning to get married, I want to confirm i am having Brugada syndrome, Can I under go a Flecainide/Ajmaline challenge challenge test to confirm I have Brugada syndrome. If yes can you please let me know which hospital in India these tests are done, I am staying in New Delhi as of now. This help is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance. -Rohit

I have palpitation not a sensation of skipping beats !! But only it beats with a high sound !! Like someone is hammering inside !! I got ecg , echo and tmt done 3 minths back !! How to stop it?

Hii sir please help my few days ago I feel my heart is racing two much .headache so I decided to make an appointment with primary care doctor.he says that do an ECG at that time my heart rate was 145 approx .he didn't sayed anithing 1 month passed I got more episodes .. similarly 120 to 130 beats per minute after eating that last few hour and settle down slowly I also checked my resting heart rate in morning that was approx 70 to 75. Please check my ecg..does I have tychardia ..if yes which type..Thanks in advance.

I am 23 year old student i exercise and run regularly morning and i dont smoke nor drink When my heart rate increases i feel like heart skipping or making an extra beat i dont how to explain it feels in chest from past 3 or 4 days. i had a routine checkup of tmt and echo test 1 year ago everything was normal

My BP levels vary between 130/90 to 140/95 and BP is racially higher during evenings - am taking Telmisartan 40 mg once daily in the morning - would want your advice if I need to increase the dosage or change the medicine?
