I ate biriyani late night and slept within 20 mins when I got up I am getting a severe heart pain which is like squeezing my heart is this serious please give me a solution

Hi doctor. i am having pain in the left hand from 6 days... and also i feel some pain to the corner left of the left chest..some times i feel like stomach pain and heart burn...and some times an urge to vomit..and also in the shoulder...i have acidity..I am getting frightened may be its heart attack pain..i am having this overthinking from 1 year... before 4 mnths my ecg echo and tmt reports are all normal...but from laat 5 days i am having these issues doctor..and only today i got cold sweating...I am really worried abt my health..i m unable to sleep bcause of these worries...please help me out doctor

Im 24 yrs male having left and right side light  pain and uneasiness and fast beat went to cardiologist ,he checked bp 120/80,pulse 133,checked via stethoscope and told it is due to tension don't worry he did not prescribe any medicine ,what else I want to do now ,I want to do any tests

Nowadays my father is under stress and also he is having cough since 2 months ,chest x-ray, ecg,blood sugar are normal but Since 4-5 days his bp is rising , it's 150/98,sometimes it decreases sometimes it increases.. he always had normal bp but now doctor have prescribed him telmisatan for 5 days ..my question is should he take the medicines for life long ? Or he should discontinue after 5 days If bp comes to normal ???

I have attached report of ECG. my age is 31 and diagnosis says left axis deviation. Do I need to worry?

My echo report All cardiac chamber with in limit LV Wall motion seen normal at rest Lvef was approxed 60 to 65% Mitral valve prolapse grade I with no significant MR. LV dailostic dysfunction grade 2 (e>a) Is this normal finding Lv dislostic dysfunction is major problem..

I got some routine tests done for my mother. Thyroid, cbc, lft kft, urine culture, sugar and cholesterol. Out of all, sugar fasting is 97 and pp is 103. And for cholesterol(lipid screen, serum) Cholesterol, total is 226 Triglycerides is 106 HDL is 48 LDL 156 and VLDL is 21.20 I would like the doctor to check and suggest what can be taken care here to bring the cholesterol in range. She does yoga, walks and does exercise cycle also.. total cardio in a day around 30 min. Suggest please

Im 24yes male ,weight 94kgs,Yesterday head ache and head revolving and checked bp with local clinic said 120/100 ,I am tensed today went to cardiologist and checked it is 120/80, pulse 133,spo2 99,today I'm having head revolving and heart beat is faster ,earlier 8 months back bp checked by local doctor it is 140/90 went to cardiologist he done Ecg and 2d echo and said normal it 9s due to tension ,today the doctor checked my pulse and bp and said no medicine is required it is due to stress ,is this sufficient or I should undergone 2d echo ,and how to reduce pulse rate
