My bp is 130/90 and my left arm has become heavy. Also feeling drawsiness. O have never felt like this before.

My mother has Coronary AV Fistula originating from left main coronary artery to Lcx to Coronary sinus opening in RA. Size 17mm to 26mm in diameter, Coronary Sinus Atrium 14mm. Severe Left to right shunt. Severe MR (Function) and Severe RAH and TR. She recently underwent a procedure wherein the fistula was attempted to be closed with coils. However, it did not go as per plans and she now has some coils prolapsing into RA. The doctor has advised us Surgery now with the second option of attempting to place an AVP II plug into the proximal fistula with pinning of the coils in the IVC with a stent. We are now not sure of the best possible route and want to take your opinion in this

Hi,  I have been checking my pulse rate lately, and it has been fluctuating between 110-133. Apart from this, I have fluctuating chest pain on the left side. I've lost three kgs of weight since three months. I had pulmonary TB three years back.

I usually tend to sleep at evening 7 o clock or 8 o clock my body tend to automatically get tired after evening or after dinner. My maximum wake up at night 9 o clock. What kind of problem is this. postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome ?? Suddenly when I sit on chair my heart racing too much. If I fall on bed automatically my heart racing too much if I sudden stand from chair heart racing too much i thought all are belongs to anxiety symptoms, heavy sweating, dry skin no water content in my skin. . But none of the anxiety medicine helps sir.

I m feeling mild niddle (sui chubhan) sensation  in right chest & arms in night only. It happens when I drink alcohol. I have BP range from 80-95 & 120-140 in evening, in morning it's around Normal. This problem occurs since n Months. Done ECG doctor says your heart seems fine only symptoms of high BP since couple of months

Dear Doctor, From last three days i am getting a pain in chest for 5 to 10 seconds and after that feeling normal. This is happening every after 5 minutes or 10 mins o and after eating or drinking. In short it's happening at irregular or inappropriate time. But today this chest pain happened for an hour with irregular intervals. My pain was reduced to some extent by exhaling breathe from mouth. Is this the symptom or happening because of high BP or sugar or is it indicating to some chronic disease. I'm really worried. Please advice what to do???

Iam getting excessive sleep in day time and Iam feeling uncomfortable in chest and recently get done ECG I got a result of sinus yacht cardian.how to overcome it?
