  4. Pain in left arm. Type of heart disease!

Hello doctor I am abhay 20 yrs old male I have pain in my left arm muscle and a little headache . The pain has suddenly started from 2 days since i woke up The pain is not because of any physical activity like gym stretching and lifting it suddenly started and kept on increasing i do feel little pain and discomfort on left side of chest and back Expect this no other symptoms are noticeable Please Doctor advice is it related to any serious illness or any type of heart disease

It might be because of some malposition during sleep. Get ecg as a precaution and take  muscle relaxant. But still physical consultation still better.
