What does RNase positive means why it is recommended by the doctors in case of congestion is it cause of breathlessness

Hi, I have done transplant one month ago. I used monodioxil soln 5 per for that but it cause me side effects on skin etc. I stopped using it. Now flight have dry throat and my right hand have continuous something like cramp in it. Means ants chal rahi ho jaisa hath me. I didn't sleep whole night because of fear. It's heart attach symbol or what should I do now??

My mother (age 50 yrs) suddenly suffers from a black out for 1 or 2 second while talking in a phone but everything is fine thereafter She is a patient of hypertension and takes Olmesar A40,Metzok 100 and nexito plus, each everyday(doctor's advice) What can be the reason?

Hi, My mother was admitted in the hospital with chest pain. ECG came abnormal and she was released after 3 days monitoring . She went back to her native place  and consulted a doctor regarding this issue. He advised some tests to be done. Both the doctors gave her some medicines and she is taking those. The reports have come. I wanted to have 2nd opinion about my mother's health condition. I am attaching all the available reports. Please advise.
