Why is external jugular vein pulsating one beat per cardiac cycle. Is it because of the pulmonary artery hyper tension. I am a mvp patient Can somone help me please

I had moderately high bp one month back. Now I am on natrilix 1.5 mg (Indapamide). Can't I have a CAN of beer once in six months? I am scared after R & D on Internet. My doctor is out of India

I have slowflow in coronary without blockage. I'm taking medicine from February 2019. Bt i still have chest pain each and everyday. I'm scared and i took ecg every 2 or 3 days and all comes normal. Even i am going to hospital ER every week or couple of week. They took ecg and it's comes normal and released me. But i have chest pain or heaviness or other symptoms everyday. Mainly after lunch. And specially Saturday and Sunday. Is it dangerous? I took medicine everyday. Is it cureable?

I have been struggling with exertional shoulder, upper back and chest pain/heaviness with shortness of breath from last 6 months. Have gone through with several tests. TMT that came mild positive due to st segment depression, stress echocardiography that was negative, holter test that shows only sinus arrhythmia. Went for CT angiography to rule out blockage that came normal with 0 calcium score, but to continue to have typical symptoms. To give background, I'm 37 years old male, do not smoke or drink alcohol, vegetarian.Chelestrol total-167, LDL,125, HDL 33, TDL- 139. No high blood pressure instead it is on lower side e.g 105/68, 110/70. No family histrionics of early heart disease, but grand parents and father died due to heart attack post 65 years of age. Slim and BMI 19 My life has really detoriated, I feel handicapped coz I can't do anything and left with no energy to perform regular activities Please suggest what could be the cause as no one seems taking my symptoms seriously .

Please suggest which is best most accurate digital blood pressure monitor  available in indian market. Is this reliable?

A few days ago I woke up with a constant left hand pain and chest burn. Also there was a mild fever. It continued for a day and ended 90% o ly after I took some pain killer and anti gas tablets. Although its almost gone, I can still feel some warm sensation in my left hand and am scared if it has anything to do with heart? The chest pain is gone already. Can I please get some insight. I'm not ready to see any doc or have ECG for now. Is it a neuro thing or cardio thing or nothing but just a gas??

I have diagnosed slowflow in coronary angiogram with normal coronary. I took medicine i attached list. But i have pain everyday. When i go to hospital ER they it's always normal and they send me home. But i have everyday pain. My cardiologist refer me to psychiatrist/psychologist. Is my problem cureable? I'm taking medicine everyday.

Suffering from low blood pressure over last 2 months , BP is in range of 50-90 , morning alweakness and continuous fatigue over the period of time...vitamin D deficiency  also seen in past.

Hello Doc, I felt some side effects with minoxidil like heart palpitation, headache. So I stopped taking that. My ECG report was 99 bpm and doc claimed it to be sinus tachycardia. In order to counter the heart  palpitation my doc prescribed me beta blocker METOPROLOL 25 mg.12.5 mg in morning and 12.5 mg at night for 1 month. But side effects are coming into play of this medicine like so much dehydration, dry mouth, thirst,urge to vomit, loss of appetite. I can't sleep properly in night. Even if I sleep I'm usually woking up around 5.30 am to drink plenty of water to hydrate my body. Now I have completely stopped the medicine on 2nd april but now I'm getting additional side effects like heart palpitations, anxiety, stress, urge to vomit, still dehydration, thirst, loss of appetite. I talked to my cardiologist and he is not listening to my concerns and completely ruling it out. I can't concentrate, think, eat and sleep properly. Standing heart rate is over 110 bpm.
