  4. ECG Report. Avf what does it signify?

I am 43 years old and don’t have any health issues. I got an ECG done recently. Report is showing Heart rate is 66 beats/minute. The rhythm is Sinus. Nonspecific ST-T changes in III, aVF What does it signify?
