  4. Pain in left hand and shoulder. Advise!

Pain in left hand and shoulder
Hello I have pain in my left hand and shoulder from some days doctor suggested me ECG and Echocardiography and color Doppler test and both are normal but I have still some pain is it heart related or any other reason please advise
