My father overall LVEF:-25%. LV is dilated with severe LV systolic dysfunction. IVS, apex and anterior wall thin and severally hypokinetic. SEPTAE IVS : Intact IAS : Intact This given below details is after the attached file reports ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY REPORT MEASUREMENT: AO : 28 mm, LVID(d) : 57 mm, IVS : 8 mm LA : 34 mm LVID s : 43 mm PWD : 9 mm EF : 25% ESV : ml EDV : ml So suggest me for we do operation or not...??? Plz suggest me as soon as possible.. Thank you.
