Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction
I normally have BP 90/70 but from some days it was 110/90 or 110/85. Then cardiologist measure it 130/90.And echocardiography impression says that I have trace AR and grade I LV diastolic dysfunction.doctor said report is normal. How is this possible? I never had high BP before. now BP is100/70 sometimes or 90/70 most of the times. Is it possible that grade I LV diastolic dysfunction is seen on my echo just because of BP at that time? Can that get reverse on my next echo and get normal?
