Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction
I am detected with Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction and mild mitral regurgitation in the echo test and ECG shows prominent R waves. Also, blood pressure is high at 130/100. I am 29 years old. What should I do? Is there anything serious? I

All these changes are secondary to your high BP. Control your BP with medications and these echo changes are likely to revert
