Iam having sudden strong heartbeat in chest,it occurs suddenly and It causes great discomfort.it occurs even I simple walking.what could be the reason?...plz give some solution

Good evening doctor, for the past 4 days I am feeling mild to moderate pain in and around heart region. Sometimes burning sensation. I am feeling uneasy. Ten days back I have done my Arogyam C test in Thyrocare my CHOLESTEROL and triglycerides has been increased. Cholestoral is 203 and triglycerides level is 394. My vitamin D is 21 .5. Got the ecg done after a couple of days being uneasy .. HR : 113 bom P : 105 PR : 131 Qrs 86 QT/QTc 297/408 RV5/SV : 1.272/1.426 Had some white coat hypertension and reached around mid 150-160. Doctor advised anxit and absolut 3g. Anything to worry ?

Im suffering from anxiety from last year ago, and last month I diagnosed with hypertension dr done ecg the report is Left-ventricular-hypertrophy now I'm taking hypertension medication, is left ventricular hypertrophy is serious?? Plz help me with this. Thanking you.

Does it matter at what time one goes to sleep so long as the person is getting around 5 - 6 hours of sleep? For example, suppose if one goes to sleep very late by around 2:30 a.m and wakes up by 8:30 a.m, would it have any adverse impact on the heart?

Doctor, I have had palpitations for the last one year. So, I decided to have a full body check. On my echo, I was found to have mitral valve prolapse. This was told to me the cause of my palpitations by the radiologist there and was advised cardio exercises. I was regular with exercises. Up until now, I was managing okay with minor palpitations every now and then. But recently they had become more severe. They only occur when I lie Flat and do not let me sleep overnight. I am also anxious when I try to sleep. Other times, I am just as normal as any other normal being. Do I need to seek medical attention? They are affecting my quality of life.

On july 2019 LDL cholestrol - 175 HDL - 45 . doctor prescribe Atormac 10 mg Aftr taking 3 months On october 2019 LDl - 100 Hdl - 32 doctor again prescribe atormac for lower the LDL to 70 . i ask to doctor about my suddenly decreased the HDL in just three monts. Doctor said its ok . Dont worry . So what can i do .
