I eat late in night and sleep late near about 2 but i don't get sound sleep every where thinking mind not relaxing stomach always upset in morning stomach looks full every time even I eat very low gaining weight stomach not clear in morning weakness all the time sir guide me with best medication so that i recover from overweight uneasyness and indigestion power of my stomach and I also have low vit d3 and b12 also so sir prescribed me best medicines

Hi my brother in law got heat attack yesterday morning and he was taken to hospital, doctor told he got multiple stroke at home and in hospital also, his one artery was blocked earlier as per them which got burst now, he was on ventilator from yesterday morning till now, now doctor is saying he is no more, and asking to remove ventilator.

Hi. I have a high blood pressure of about 140/100. Also most of time i feel tired and sometimes there is pain in my left arm. What should i do? Should i consult a doctor in person or should i consult an online doctor first?

She is having hypertension (2years). She has been taken telma cT 40mg daily.. but from regular checking of bp she is having a low bp.. and having complaint of tiredness.. can she take the same medicine in half (20mg) daily.. Is it possible? Or can she take it in alternate days.. which can be done safely?

Sir I have been suffering from palpitations from last 3 year I have gone all through checkup which are related to heart like ECG and 2D-echo , all report shows its normal In past I got treated for jaundice (before 5 year) I don't do smoking or drinking or anything harmful to body and I don't have insomnia but, Whenever I take meal or when I lie on bed (comfortably) I start fealing sensation at my throat and back side of head. My BP is always at 125/85 and pulse 100 normally but during palpitations like after meal there is slight increase in BP(135/90) and pulse rate(120). Mainly doctor's suggest me propanol 10mg but it doesn't work on me ,I m still suffering from palpitations. Please help me out .

I am suffering from anxiety related hypertension, I am also uses bp tab. I am taking bp by automated bp monitor at home, each time I took 3 readings first reading always high than others due to anxiety and excitement. The later readings are normal and similar. Which reading should be considered? Pls suggest. 1 reading 145/83. 2 reading 127/74 3 reading 124/74. Present iam using olmezest h20 some one told me stop that tablet and replaced by stemlo beta 5. Pls suggest. Regards.
