My mother 60 yrs is taking newtel AM tablets 2 times a day for many yrs now. She is having high BP, which came to control after taking this tablet. Is there any chance to discontinue the tablet or she should continue taking it.? She is getting foot swelling recently, i doubt it for the tablet overdose since her bp is in control

My Husband is a paramilitary personnel, He has Blood pressure problem for which he has been taking LOSAR H tablet everyday since last few years . But now his blood pressure is decreasing . his blood pressure in recent , gone below 110 . What to do ? He currently posted in highly insurgent area. And has to do very intensive physical work . Please help

It was 7 years back when my normal than higher blood pressure was first identified during a routine check-up. After monitoring for a week I was diagnosed with hypertension and was put on hypertension drugs. The medications still continues. My yesterday's readings were 170/120. The current medications prescribed are Nexovas M 50 Telista 40 and Minipress Xl 2.5. I am also having a 15 years history of depression and for the past 4 years anxiety disorder has also been diagnosed. I'm on those medications as well. My cardiologist suggested to get myself checked for pheochromocytoma and my urine and blood tests were done. Urine reports showed normal counts but blood report showed high elevated levels of metanephrines and nor metanephrines. Was referred to mibg scan but no tumor was detected. Kindly suggest possible reasons for this high levels of blood pressure and also the elevated blood levels. Does it suggest anything else since pheochromocytoma is ruled out. I don't smoke nor do I drink.

My husband's age is 31 his total cholesterol is 211 but the problem is i dont know hdl and ldl separately. in a general health checkup offered by office it is revealed that his total  cholesterol is 211. i want to know is it very high which causes heart disease ? can he  control this cholesterol without medicine he has no problem of blood sugar and high blood pressure

Hi my father had a stroke in the year 2015 his ecg finding says blockage in right artery which is same as done few months ago and is under medication he is suffering from cold and cough so is a concern to worry or is he stable

My resting heart rate in general remains between 53 to 60. my BP is absolutely fine..i don't feel any shortness of breathe or weakness or any feel of fainting...neither i get exhausted while doing any physical activity...i have had my ECG, TMT and Eco test since last couple of years and nothing unusal or any health issue diagnosed by the doctor...only the Eco test showed grade I distoloic restoration abnormality which the doctor said normal... I do play cricket matches in the weekends almost regularly. does the low heart rate (53-60) is abnormal ? do i need to go for further check up or any treatment? Kindly advice

Sir i have chest pain from 3 months ,i do all chest like Ecg,2d echo,stress test,and troponin i all results are normal .but pain is spreaded to left hand ,back ,neck, and from 1 weak jaws are also pained .what can i do sir pls help me
