High BP with sedentary lifestyle
My BP is high 150/100, I don't have any tension but even my BP is high. I don't have any dizziness nor weakness. My lifestyle was very sedentary so have started morning walk. Will my BP will come to normal?

PROLAPSE OF PML, TIP FALIL
Hi Doctor, I am 55 years old . As per 2d echo reports impression says that,
1) MVPS WITH FALIL PML , SEVERE MR
2) DILATED LA & LV
3)TRIVIAL TR WITH MILD PAH
4)NO RWMA, GOOD LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION.
What to do now. Any surgery need for this. Planning to go u.s in the next month. Is there any problem?
