Are medication taken for high blood pressure-Telma AM and Telma AMH 40 same ? If not what is the difference?

Can chest xray find out problems with the heart and lungs also i do feel pain sometimes on the right or on the left side of the chest I did x ray and it came out normal

Last month I had high BP 185/90 with right hand numbness. Also with tiredness and dizziness. Then I was fine next day. Yesterday again my BP was 185/90 with both hand numbness, tiredness and dizziness. I am taking treatment of sciatica pain tablets prescribed predmet 8 gabantin 300 Tryptomer 10. Is this problem serious?
