There is a pain in from right neck to shoulder for the past one day. Also pain in the spinal card. There is a problem . Kindly suggest some remedies.

Hi, I have this chest pain and tightness since 20 days. Whenever i wake up in the morning the chest and shoulder area is sore and painful. Whenever i bend, move, twist, turn, cough and stretch, it pains more. I also have left arm and shoulder pain since 2 days. Due to no OPD because of lockdown can't even get ECG and Echo test done. It's very unsettling. Can you help me? I am afraid what if it's heart related.

Having history of heart attack 2 times. Undergone CABG surgery in 2006. Pulse rate has dropped drastically in the last 48 hours. Fluctuating between 40-47. Consulted house physician and he has recommended to stop Navicard 5 mg. Kindly advice. Taking following medications now except Navicard: 1. IROVEL 300 mg - 1/2 tablet daily after breakfast. 2. NAVICARD - 5 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 11. Olsar-H 40 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 12. Ezeedoc 10 mg - 2 tablets daily after dinner 13. Rosubas 40 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 14. Silotime 8 mg - 1 tablet after dinner Kindly advice urgently.

4 moths ago, I went to cardiologist for the problem of fast heartbeat and negative thoughts. Doctor asked to do stress tmt test and ecg, tests was normal and said that it was due to stress. After 1 month, I again went for check up and Doctor check my bp and it around 140/90. Prescribed me Met xl 25 for 3-4 months. Is it safe to take bp medicine. My age is 24 years. I am also diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and pshychertic prescribed me serozac 50 mg daily once. Currently I have  talking met xl 25 since 4 months. Now I am feel well but worry to withdraw Met xl 25. Can I withdraw Met xl 25?? Is it safe to withdraw for me?

Sir my father underwent byepass surgery on February 12th 2020 .we completed first review after 15 days . Because of corona effect O.P closed in the hospital ...we missed second review I.e on March 18th.we are continuing the same medicine ... now he is good but I have doubt is there any problem ...missing of second review?
