Heart Problems & Remedies

Already diagnosed IBS, since last couple of days I have been experiencing mild pain below right. I experience it when bend down or do any hard work. A year ago I had got 2D echo test done , the results were fine. No symptoms of any heart issues found then.

Hi doctor my dad had a minor stroke 4 years ago and is having gastric problem as well today morning he had chest pain for about 30 min and took razp 20 and felt fine within few minutes so was that pain due to gastric or a heart related problem

Yesterday afternoon before lunch I was sweating & felt weakness whole body but particularly in both legs below knees till feet. Immediately I ate chocolate & ate lunch (rice) but still I was sweating. Later went to nearest hospital. They checked BP it was normal. They checked GRBS it was 153 (I had eaten 45 mins before) & then did my ecg (Attached). ECG says sinus tachycardia, borderline ECG and short PR interval. Then they asked me to share if earlier ECG then I showed them and they conveyed everything is normal. I am attaching yesterday ECG along with previous ECG. Pls let me know abt yesterday ECG if it is normal. I take Esomac 40mg for gastric every  alternative day for gastric & cardace H5 for BP. I get chest pain (mild) almost regularly. I have done tmt, echo test many times and every time results is normal. I am getting very anxious about my heart & feel afraid always. Now from past days if I walk for 20mins I am getting very tired. I am worried.pl advice

Discomfort in stomach, cold sweat during night, waking up in midnight with cold sweat, feeling weak sometimes, Anxiety, overthinking, feel like indigestion often, chest pain appeared twice like pressure or may b due to gastric, headache sometimes i think twice, all these symptoms were there till 2 months before, once took gastric injection by doctor during night as i felt indigestion and weak, Light Headedness, they said gastric, now these symptoms are less but gastric i feel symptoms are there like unable to burp, feeling like vomiting but doesn't come...worried if heart related or only due to gastric? Pls help

I sometime feels a jibe pain in center of my chest. And i am sure that is because of the chornic acidity I have. But yesterday I underwent with a Test in which i found my colestrol level has gone 285 mg/dl. Can you pl. Suggest some life changing habit and medicine to curb it down. Otherwise I am very fit and active.

Hb1ac - 5.2 , I did LFT , all normal except alkaline phospate 125ul, thyroid was done 3 months back which was normal. I had vitamin d deficiency previously and it was raised. Iam 27 year 65kg 160cm. I usually eat outside food and non veg.

Hi, A cardiologist had suggested Metosartan 50 for my mother to treat high BP. But after a month's usage we observed Systolic pressure was mostly coming in the range of 78-100 and diastolic pressure 60-75. So we switched to Metosartan 25. Now there is no change in Systolic range but diastolic pressure seems to be going below 60 like 52,55 etc. Is this ok or we should switch back to Metosartan 50.   Also before starting the BP meds my mother used to have normal readings at home but high BP readings around 160/100 when visited to the hospital. We will meet the cardiologist soon but wanted to get some quick advice. Thanks

He is a diabetic patient but after the precaution and followed the instructions of doctor diabetes is in co trol . On 22nd February 20 he feel pain in chest, I have admitted him in IGIC Patna after treatment and angiography blockage is found doctor says bypass is not suitable in this age so please  suggest.
