Last week I have experience extreme weakness & dizziness on investigation bp was 160/90 & random sugar 207 . I am never taken any bp or sugar medication . I am taking A toZ and Saaz tablet for Spondyloarthritis. But for last few days bp was on lower side 114/67 & 122/67 resulting feeling weak & headache. Pls advice what can I do?

I am 23 years old with mild chest pain frok long time and shortness of breath my ecg was completely normal my doctor also suggested everything to be normal I visited two doctors both said the same, I think my shortness of breath is mostly due to lack of exercise and low staimna So my main question is can a person with low stamina give proper results in Tmt stress test

I am jogging 5 kms daily. While my heartbeat at rest in morning just after sleep is 57-60bpm, during jogging within 1st 1-2 km HR reaches 170-180bpm, but after that it comes down to 150-160. Within 5 min of stopping exercise HR down to 110-120, but after 10 minutes it comes down to 90-100. Are the heartbeats normal or i am over exercising.

Hi , My husband is 34 year old , he doesnt smoke, drink and physically fit..however his TMT report is positive and Echo says mild LVF. We got his CT angiography done and its normal and no blickage is found.Is there anything to worry? Please help!

I have been facing chest pressure and and shortness of breath from quite a long time. Have gone through multiple tests but nothing significant has come out except diastolic relaxation abnormality and positive tmt, which was ruled out with normal CT angio. Yesterday again i had severe chest pain and went to ER which says LVH in ecg. I don't have high blood pressure, no diabetes, non smoker, underweight with no early family heart disease. I have two questions. 1. How accurate is ecg lvh with tachycardia, though I've read that ecg has higher sensitivity in diagnosis of lvh. 2. How can LVH be reversed? Hi Doctor, I am Hemanth from Shimoga in Karnataka. I am having a chest pain from past 6 months. The pain is not there through the day, it come for 1 mins and goes off. But after the pain I will have headaches, fainting feeling, pain almost in my left side of body (one sided headache, back pain, hand pain, fingers pain and left eye pain) I showed to cardiologist, Doctor did TMT, echo, ecg and cardiac enzyme tests. All these tests were negative. Dr informed to take ecg immediately when pain comes . I am not sure when pain comes. Is this pain related to cardiac ? If so please tell which Doctor to show in Bangalore so that I can travel to Bangalore for treatment. Thanks, Naveen
