Pain in middle and left side chest
Sir Last 15 days I suffered with gastric problem But I don't feel much gastric problem now From last 2 days I feel pain in my middle of the chest and some time left side chest. Pain lasts for 2-3 sec every time Iam not a obesity patient Last month I tested all tests. All my sugar, lipid profile, cholesterol , thyroid and urine tests are normal But " D " vitamin is only 8. Now I consulted a general physician He took ECG and he told nothing major During ECG check due to hair on my body one of clip is loosen, he told no problem. I still in confusion of Is it cardio prob or gastric prob ECG attached for review...

Hello, The ECG is normal. Your problem seems to be obesity and gastric related. For the time being take antacids and if pain persists get echo and stress test done. Reduce weight. Take care
