Hi dr. My age is 29 and i never dignosed about cervical but most of the time i suffer from neck and hand pain. But yesterday there is pain in upper chest( close to arm pit) what should I do now

Hello,
Your symptoms are more likely cervical spine related not heart related. Get an ECG and MRI CERVICAL SPINE done, consult a neurologist and avoid heavy object handling. For now, use cervical collar, take rest and start tab. Myospaz forte twice a day after food for 5 days.

Symptoms are less likely to be heart related, for now you may take pain killers like paracetamol 650 mg, however it’s advisable to undergo basic cardiac evaluation, kindly consult a cardiologist.
